We conducted specialized training Workshops for the staff of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and MDPI focused on Delegation and Performance Management. The sessions aimed to equip employees and management with the skills necessary to effectively delegate tasks, enhance team efficiency, and improve overall performance within the organization.
During the training, emphasis was placed on the importance of delegation as a critical leadership skill. Participants learned how to assign tasks strategically, considering individual strengths and workloads.
